All orders are processed within 3–5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). During high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer — but we promise it’s worth the wait.

🚚 Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

We ship via trusted carriers such as USPS and UPS. Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–5 business days, depending on your location.

You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

🌍 Shipping Locations

Currently, we ship within the United States only. We hope to offer international shipping in the near future!

💌 Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected service.

We offer free shipping on orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).

📮 Lost or Delayed Packages

Once an order leaves our studio, we are not responsible for carrier delays, lost, or stolen packages. If your package appears lost or is delayed, please contact the shipping carrier first with your tracking number. We’re happy to assist as needed!
